Paper Plate Ocean

This Paper Plate Ocean is super fun and easy to make! All you need is a blue paper plate and some craft items to make your ocean animals (craft clay was used in the pictured project). A fun ocean craft for preschoolers on up!

Ages: 3 and Up

Here's what you'll need...

• Blue paper plate
• Craft clay or other items to make your sea life like craft foam, pipe cleaners, paper, etc.

Here's how you make it...

1. If you are using craft clay you can easily make fish shapes from the clay and arrange on your "blue ocean"

2. Preschoolers may find it easier to use precut foam shapes (you can also by adhesive foam which eliminates the need for glue). Make seaweed from pipe cleaners or green tissue paper. Rocks and coral is easy to make with colored beads, use your imagination!
