Paper Plate Watermelon

This Paper Plate Watermelon is a great craft for toddlers and preschoolers to celebrate the summer season! You could use real watermelon seeds for this craft, however, if you're doing this with a group you may have to eat a lot of watermelons to get enough seeds!

Here's what you'll need...

•Paper plate
•Green and pink paint
•Paint brush
•Glue
•Black beans or real watermelon seeds
•Scissors



Here's how you make it...

1. With your scissors, cut the paper plate in half.

2. Paint the inside of the plate pink, and the outside rim green.

3. Glue on beans/seeds in the pink part of your watermelon.
