Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

Try these Toasted Pumpkin Seeds, once you've hollowed out your Jack-o-Lantern save the seeds for a tasty fall treat!

Make sure children are supervised when using the oven!

Here's what you'll need

•Pumpkin seeds, cleaned and dry
•2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil (or other cooking oil)
•Salt
•Plastic baggie
•Baking sheet



Here's how you make them...

1. Put pumpkin seeds into a plastic baggie and pour oil on top. Swish the seeds around to coat them with oil.

2. Spread seeds onto a baking sheet, lighty salt, and bake at 250F for about 45 minutes. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
